Now that you've completed your research, it's time to create the field guide. A field guide is a book that contains images and information about a topic to help people that want to go out into the wilderness and try to identify what they are looking at using the field guide as a reference. Project details: Field Guide

Your field guide must be created using Microsoft Word with Word Art for the title. The cover of the field guide needs to include the title, at least two images (one of an evergreen and one of a deciduous tree), your name, school, and class. In all, you need to name, insert an image, and describe 5 deciduous trees, 5 evergreen trees. Each tree must be listed, pictured, and described on its own page. Also, include a section in the beginning of the field guide for your essay (See the details for the essay below). Lastly, list your interesting fact on the last page of the guide.

Autumn Essay:
After you create your field guide of trees, include an essay explaining the following about autumn:
*Introductory sentence to lead the reader into the topic of autumn
*Definition of Autumn
*Explanation of why and how leaves change colors
*Describe where autumn colors come from.
*Define chlorophyll and describe how its important.
*Describe how the weather affects the colors of the leaves during the fall season.
*Name the two major types of trees and explain how they are different from one another.
*Conclusion sentence to sum up your points and end the essay.
*Make sure you proofread your essay to make sure you've included information about each part described above.*
